Living in a digital world: Creating customer experiences and engaging in the new world order

Customer engagement is the key to success across all leisure activities, and never more so in golf. Engaging with customers requires both being present in person, and online, and having a story to tell.

We’re lucky to have one of Australia’s leading experts in sports digital marketing, Sean Callanan, to open this session. Connecting sports, fans & sponsors using technology is Sean’s mission. Sean will share his insights into the state of the digital landscape and practical steps golf facilities can take to manage their online presence and create engagement with customers using content, data and social media.
